  My monthly car insurance premium increased a lot. I called Allstate and spoke with Laura. She was so understanding and assured me she could find a way to lower my premium. We discussed various options so I could afford my insurance on a fixed income. She was so kind and explained everything in a way my "senior " mind could understand. I really appreciated Laura's help and patience. R Shumard

  My overall experience with the company has been mostly good. I have gotten interact with multiple different employees over last couple years. When I first came on board with company I worked with Bridget Klein. She was great she did a great job building my policies. She was extremely knowledgeable and we worked through finding additional discounts and touched everything. we managed to build better policy for same rate as part policy which went up 30%. The biggest reason I came over was the service she provided. Overall I was very satisfied. 5star! Next person I got to interact with was the girl that ran the commercial department. I was trying to get estimate on insurance on potential storage facility convert that I was looking at purchasing. She was very hard to reach, took multiple calls to speak with her. It was definitely one way street on communication, I had to call for updates. She said she look into it but never was able to get rough numbers. I ended up shopping additional providers that were more interested in pursuing the evaluation of the property. Overall I was way less then satisfied with the results. I understand it wasn't an easy property to insure but overall I would like to have had a rough idea on expense if I decided to purchase the property. I eventually decided not to proceed with the purchase. 2star! Last person I've worked with was Shannon Stiles. Overall she seemed very knowledgable. I wasnt able to save any additional money which was disappointing.I do think she was able improve my policy slightly which was tough feat since Bridget did a great job building it. She was able to answer all of my questions which I do very much appreciate. Overall I think she did a nice job. 4.5star! Overall I would say I've had Mixed experience leaning slightly to side of positive. 4 overall, I wouldnt mind staying with allstate as my personal policies have been in great hands.
