  Charles has been a great agent to work with! We found him when refinancing our house and he provided great savings opportunities with bundled home and auto in comparison to what we previously had. He even came to our house to answer questions and give a better explanation after our exterior home inspection said we needed some tree limbs trimmed. Straightforward guy always willing to answer questions and help when needed.

Manny has been extremely helpful in helping me navigate the complex/overwhelming issue of homeowners insurance and HOW MUCH I should be paying for this insurance.   I wanted to publicly thank Manuel (Manny) Alvarado with the Mike Rumford "Allstate" agency. Manny helped me save over a third of my monthly home and auto premiums. And plus, I got about a third more coverage! And as an old (retired) salesman, I like so many folks, hate to deal with salespeople that keep contacting you with them not wanting to take no for an answer. Manny was not like that. No pressure, he just gave me the figures, facts, and details. He was appreciated and was considerate of my time, and I appreciated that. Thanks again, Manny!!

  I can not say enough about how wonderful our experience with Manny Alvarado with the Mike Rumford Agency. We recently lost my dad who handled all of their insurance needs and as his children answer any questions we ever had. So after some incidents when communicating with their current carrier and being unhappy with the service provided we discussed looking into changing from their provider after 30 plus years of coverage with them. Mom started looking and came across Mike Rumford Agency and was contacted by Manny. After my mother first spoke with Manny, I made her get multiple quotes that exactly matched the coverage currently provided from other insurance companies as well as Manny requoting to those specifications, and not only did Allstate come in under the 5 other quotes but Manny was patient and helpful with any question and changes we wanted and needed to make. He provided detail explanations with where to look to verify the information he was providing was truthful and the care he showed in making sure all of her insurance needs were met convinced me to also transferring my coverage to Allstate.
