Joshua answered and transferred me to Brennan who was amazing! Let me tell you, this guy took multiple questions and calls, ran numbers, and ultimately helped get new insurance for house and cars set up. All because he had staff who answered the phone today. You can be listed first on Google, but that doesn't mean much if I can't actually talk to someone. When I go to start insurance, that should be the time to set the tone. I want to know if I call, I am getting a person. Brennan was patient and helpful through this. Brennan, thank you!!!!! I appreciate all you have done! Mike, you have an amazing staff working for you!
