I think from past negative experiences with insurance companies I always go into situations prepared for bad news and a “battle”, and every time Derek makes me feel like he’s on my team and happy to help me out. He’s always first to offer to check into any concerns and doesn’t just shift all the responsibility to me. I just received a high renewal bill this week, and by the end of it he figured out the problem, saved me additional money on it and also realized that I should be saving over $600 on my home owners insurance as well as got me an over $400 refund from the previous year! I know that won’t always be the case, but it was definitely a happy surprise and goes to show you that he doesn’t just stop at the simple answer, but is wanting to help you out and save money for you where he can!
