  I want to leave this review Specially for the customer service I receive from Heather Booth. I love how she is always available to help everytime I reach out to her with my inquiries and question and she is so humble and helpful that she always figure out the solution for me. I wish I can leave her more than 5 stars. Heather you are the best. Thank you for always helping us

  I'm usually a difficult customer for salespeople because when i talk to them, i come at them with all the research i've done and everything i've already priced out. CHRISTEN POTTER was totally unfazed. she immediately went down to detail level with me and got me to exactly what I wanted, quickly, and then handled all the details of setting it in motion and wrapping it up. When you have insurance, it's worth it to have an agent, and this is a good one. Thanks!

  I had agent Chris Gilvens and he was on top of everything before I could even ask what I was thinking so that’s what customers want to me I know I do and that puts a person at ease knowing that everything is put up front to you and no surprises. He was the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I would definitely recommend Chris to assist any of my family and friends for sure.

  My monthly insurance rates kept on going up and up, even though after 50 years I have a perfect driving record. I decided it was time to make a change. At the advice from my brother who recently changed to Allstate, I called the Tim Waltrip agency who directed my call to Ronnie Newman who knowledgeably answered all my questions. I was more than satisfied with his answers. After he quoted me some numbers, I decided my best move was to go with Allstate. I’m glad I did. I appreciated Ronnie’s courtesy and his expertise.
