  Ben does a great job of listening and providing all the information necessary to make an informed decision. He never tried to "sell" me and went the extra mile. Insurance isn't always a pleasant experience to deal with but Ben made it so.

  We were simply shopping for a better rate and by chance we stumbled onto an old Allstate Flyer with the 11808 Quivira Rd Overland Park, KS Office information. We were directed to Representative Ben Robinson and were pleasantly surprise, as well as very impressed by the professionalism, great customer service, and of course the Bundle quote with an affordable price and better coverage of what we currently have with our current Insurance Providers. We couldn't recommend a better Company in the Kansas City Area.

  My insurance agent was Timothy Ben Robinson. Ben was very patient, kind and attentive while dealing with all my questions. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of insurance and explained the offered insurance products in detail. He was very honest about the necessity of the specific insurance products to make sure it pertained to my house and autos. He very patiently listened to my concerns and gave advice that helped me decide what I needed. Ben is an exceptional insurance agent that really seems to care about his clients and what is best for them. I would definitely recommend Ben for all your insurance need.
