- LBLewis Booth3 days ago1.0I have filed multiple claims for my roof. Every, single, neighbor has a new roof because of hail. The agency just flat out doesn't want to help me get the roof replaced. I have been with Christin for 10 plus years and have never filed a claim other than for my roof. I now have water actively dripping in my living room from hail and wind damage. I'm just looking for help but apparently they care more about taking my money than helping a long running client out.
