- EWEric WilbournAug 31, 20211.0One of the employees lie to me about coverage and told me that things were covered under my policy that was not covered and I've ended up filing a claim and the adjuster was very extremely difficult to get along with I would not suggest anyone go through this company unless you have the money to sue them to make them do what they said they would do the lady I bought my insurance I had known for years so I believed her without question and I found out she was a liar and now I'm stuck with the bill of fixing my own home and they thin surance company that is made a lot of money off of me because everything I had I had ensured through them and they never plan on paying out ever if I ever filed a claim the adjusters believe that they are God's and if you are a poor person like I am you do not have the money to fight them and they know it so they will have their way with you as they see fit I would suggest staying away from this particular company please learn from my mistakes
