Took over a year after I was hit by a semi to file a claim, and I had to hire an attorney to get anything done and State Farm was my insurance company and I wasn't at fault. My neck was broke in 5 places and all they would do is hang up on me when I called begging for help. Then I was hit by a drunk driver and totaled the car I was driving Colton told me to keep the insurance on it why? So it could be insured in the junk yard?? My husband finally listened and we are gone ! Thank goodness!! They were charging us 1200.00 ever 6 months for 2 2022 Toyotas I asked them to give my husband a call to talk about our policy never received that call just a nasty response in the mail saying they could lower our insurance a little bit but not to ask again. Well we just paid 491.00 for the same 2 cars. Yes same coverage. This office is greedy. Please be aware!!
