  I did not like the attitude of the adjuster towards our claim. He pointed out the rider denying our claim. We knew nothing about this until after we requested a copy of our policy. Full disclosure of the coverage was never discussed at the time we purchased the insurance. When our policy is done, I'll be going somewhere else.

  This place has awful customer service. We canceled and they still took out money AFTER we had canceled several days later. Now they won't answer our calls. Sarah is the agent we worked with. She was nice at first and then you don't get to talk to her anymore.

  I switch from Progressive auto insurance to Allstate auto insurance and saved a pretty good piece of change 👍🏾.
