- JHJimmy HadleyFeb 27, 20261.0Sabrina, the office assistant, was rude and hateful. Tim was completely unhelpful and laughed while Sabrina was yelling in the background. Tim/Allstate has owed me a refund for my canceled policy for nearly 2 months for which I have not received payment. I have filed a complaint with the IDOI, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, The Better Business Bureau and my State representative Erin Houchin. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this agent or Allstate in general.
