  My husband and I have been with Goben Insurance for at least 30 years. We started with Henry Goben then after he retired we continued with his family. They have always been helpful when we needed anything. My daughter also has her insurance with them and they were so kind to her when she was very upset after having a traffic accident.

  They were very helpful and gave us a much better rate for home and auto than we expected. They were very informative of the coverage. I would highly recommend switching to Hannah and her team at Allstate

  We have never had an agent fight harder for us or work harder for us than Hannah did when it came to getting our roof replaced after there was tornado damage. She went WAY above and beyond for us, consistently checking in, sending the necessary emails, making the calls but above all of that, she showed so much empathy towards our situations and us as people. That is what makes Hannah so special and the absolute best agent to work with. We know we could not have gotten this to go through without. her and we are forever thankful! Anyone who works with Hannah will always feel valued, loved, respected and cared for....with every single encounter. THANK YOU, HANNAH!!!!!!

  VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - Do not use Hannah as she will not help you if you don't understand something. Summary - Hannah refused to call me back and I was hung up on by her front desk person. I used Allstate insurance for two years until I switched for cheaper rates with State Farm. I was then charged an additional amount by Allstate two weeks later. I didn't understand and emailed Hannah Goben asking for a reason why and, after several matter-of-fact responses, I eventually just asked for a breakdown of the whole bill. She only sent me one one page showing what I had to pay. Hannah would not return any of my calls throughout the weeks to the point where I had to call several times today. Every time I would speak to Hannah's front desk person, Victoria who would always tell me Hannah would call me back as soon as she was "available". I unfortunately had an impromptu business call that I had to take where Hannah finally decided to call back. She didn't leave a voicemail and when I called back a few minutes later it would ring a few times and go to voicemail. However, when I called using my Wife's phone Victoria answered. She then told me she was tell Hannah I called then hung up on me. I then noticed an email from Hannah telling me that should would not discuss the matter any further. I was never rude or irate with Victoria or in my emails so this level of unprofessional behavior has no place in the insurance setting. I had to call corporate and speak with Mike who was very helpful in explaining what had happened.
