- KCKevin CappoJan 18, 20263.0close by, friendly, flexible. could do better explaining. put spouse in a drug plan that would cost about $20,000 out of pocket for the year. wouldn't listen to what prescriptions were in use. when we questioned this said to "just use good rx". so went online found much better deals were available. so we went to another service provider and for even less cost got a plan with max out of pocket cost of $970 a year. was not happy we had to do the work ourselves and then go to another vendor, but it will save about $18,000 this year. had to call Medicare and file for an exemption to change because we were past the change date. files a complaint.
