- CRchad rydzinskiFeb 28, 20231.0TOTAL FRAUD!! I was ripped off, by this companies negligence. If Trevino was a man of integrity, he would return the money that he cost me. $7700 plus interest. I’ll forgive the damage you did to my business, but YOU owe me this. I really got burned by Trevino insurance. I had commercial coverage, and had a water issue. Trevino told me “use this water remediation company, and don’t worry about anything, you’re covered” Well I was NOT covered, and I ended up with $7,700 in clean up costs. Nothing was covered. I ended up in court, and being sued by the clean-up company he told me to hire. Thanks!!! Lol :( Failure at its finest. Horrible business, HE cost me my business!!! I never even got an apology…. Bad form old man, bad form.

I have been with Trevino for ALOT of years and my agent Peggy Miller is amazing, she does her best to always find the right fit for my insurance needs at the best possible price. Honesty, integrity and amazing customer service is the reason my family stays with Trevino and why my agent is Peggy. I honestly don’t know why anyone would have a complaint about Trevino Insurance Group but don't let the sour words of one person dissuade you from choosing this insurance company. I have never been sorry I made the switch to Peggy at Trevino for my car and house insurance
