- JHJaclyn HardinFeb 20, 20262.0I do not recommend. The customer service is unacceptable. They have my age wrong and when I informed them they assured me that they would fix it. Months later still not fixed. So I contacted them again. It took over a week for someone to contact me back asking for a copy of my drivers license so they could correct my age on my insurance policy. The other issue I had was they had put the wrong coverage on one of my vehicles. I even questioned why it was so cheap for full coverage on my vehicle. They said it was a multi policy discount. Come to find out that vehicle only had liability coverage and it is my teenage son’s vehicle. I was very clear on what coverage I wanted for each vehicle. Even double and triple asked to make sure. They did not provide me with what I wanted. When I brought this to their attention they said “oh I will get that taken care of”. Never did I get an apology or a refund for paying full coverage for a vehicle that wasn’t even supposed to have insurance on it.
