All for me asking them why are they going up on my premiums it doesn’t matter if you don’t have tickets or put a claim in all state will go up ever six months. Now check that. Jeremey screaming at me stating he’s not at my beck and call, and the other nut talking about what he had going on with another customer was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He yell at me for over five minutes until I release the call. Well you over look it because this is exactly what happen. Jeremy was talking to me like we was on the streets. He wouldn’t want anyone talking to his mom that way. Your company mishandle me that why I left. If you think I would give you a red cent of my money and you are being disrespectful. It happen it definitely happen and it happened
