- ASAsrar SheikhJan 21, 20211.0I would give them minus ratings if I could have, I took quotes from them for my properties but NEVER asked to initiate. I did get a better rate from a different carrier through another agent which I initiated. I started getting bills from them and I spoke with Michael Langen he said he will take care of it and then I started getting calls from collection agency. Of course I have to dispute it and its very annoying and wastage of time. I am calling them to resolve this as I already have insurance in place through another agent from day one and they are so unprofessional not even returning my call. Would not recommend them for any services.
