  I was running late all day. I got to the office as a lady was walking out and she asked Grace who was an awesome help to help me out! Super sweet for her to help as they were closing for the day. Never have had any issues with them for all 60 years I’ve been here.

  So Cheri will not contact me whatsoever. My home policy is so screwed up Allstate has been over charging me for 3 yrs. I just want answers.I’m so over it my next steps are an attorney. I’m done playing with these people they might not talk to me but I bet they talk to him

  Grace Hosbrock has been AMAZING to work with. She immediately showed empathy and wasted no time getting a claim filed. She made sure we received quick, professional support during a difficult situation. She was extremely professional and patient and took time to explain everything throughly. She then followed up to make sure things were set and ready to go- making it clear that we could call her any time with questions or concerns. Grace really made the difference!

  Worse company to deal with, no one knows what's going on and it takes 30 to review documents. My auto account was messed up in January by their call center. Kathy in the office fixed the issue and I was told my account was fixed and back to normal with 1 car on my policy and I had a credit on my account from overpaying $140 credit and im March my payment would be $67 nope account got hit for $207 called and was basically told my premium went up and there was a fee for taking my card off file . So I canceled the account the day after I was charged and they are only refunding me $67 if I even get that because they are not sure how it will be issued. So 3 months on liability coverage cost me $347 for a 20 year old car!. Now I have to look for new auto insurance and looking to switch my homeowners insurance too so they dont mess that up too
