  I had an excellent experience with Grace and Cheri at Allstate. Grace helped me with my motorcycle insurance and was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood all of my coverage options. She made the process easy and stress-free. Cheri has been assisting me for years with my auto insurance and is always amazing. She is professional, responsive, and worked hard to find the best coverage for my needs at a great rate. Both Grace and Cheri provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable motorcycle or auto insurance!

  Lori is Amazing goes Above and Beyond to help customers. I was in a accident hitting a tree with my granddaughter, no one could believe we lived Praise God!!!! Lori helped me thru it to get my money to get a vehicle because I had head trauma I couldn't have asked for anything else she could have done. Also Connie helped when Lori wasn't there. Words can't explain my heartfelt gratitude to them. And Thank You Allstate I had a Representative David Gainer,Lashanna Brooks, Tiffany Mitchell they were all wonderful. Thank You 💜

  Absolutely amazing customer service today by Grace. It was time to renew my homeowners policy and I was unable to reach my out of town agent for awhile. So, I contacted someone local. No hesitation in helping me. Very friendly and patient in answering all of my questions. They earned a new customer today and I am so thrilled they are local!!

  I just had one of the best experiences with customer service that I've had in a long time with a young lady named Grace at Allstate she was such a sweetheart she really helped me with my policy informed me about different changes I can make and took the time to tell me in detail about them I did customer service for Value City Furniture for 38 years and you just don't run across people like that I'll always went out of my way and took care of each individual the best I could and enjoy doing it and you can really tell she enjoys people enjoys her job she was sweet as could be such a pleasure to talk to
