  I received an ok rate to start but my rates quickly went up. Home owners raised over $400, car has been raised approximately 5 times past 2yrs. NO CLAIMS!!!! You decide, is this the company for you? Not me!!!!

  Very wealthy minded individuals that work there. Does not advocate for his customers. Let's corporate puppets play him like a game. Has zero back bone and would definitely NOT recommend him, his agency, or organization to anyone!! This is coming from personal experience from him and his claim teams. If you get into a collision they will fix the cosmetic parts of your vehicle but refuses to fix the mechanical issues that your vehicle has after said accident. After seeing this review I got a phone call right away. Not to fix the problem or to stand by his client but to pass the buck. I spoke with him several times about this issue and its always the person's fault that is not on the company speaking to you. If you want real life experience look at his response. Passing the buck. I even have video of the repair shop saying the mechanical problem WAS INDEED caused by the collision, and our vehicle was parked, not driving, but parked. I called and spoke with this agency personally and they claim that they aren't allowed to view videos pertaining to the actual cause of the mechanical problem. So what happened??? I HAD to fix it and to add to the issue, the "mechanic shop" said it was a pinched brake line caused by the accident, so thats what I fixed. Yet still the problem remained. It actually ended up being a completely broken motor mount ALSO caused by the accident. These people, ALL OF THEM, cant keep their story straight. But im sure I'll get another call about this in the morning. Just showing everyone how their system works... There's no harm in the truth. Man up and take that blame, but NONE of them will. Period!

  Omg Audrey was so pleasant to speak with! She answered all the questions I had & put my mind at ease when it came to picking insurance. There are a lot of questions I had because I wanted to feel confident that I was making the right choice ! She went above and beyond to explain everything! If you looking for insurance, make this your one stop shop! You won’t be disappointed!
