- XCX CcNov 14, 20255.0Seth Whalen at his Allstate Office went far above and beyond and providing outstanding service to me both with my auto and homeowners insurance. Without me even inquiring about saving money on my policy for homeowners, Seth contacted me with a another Allstate policy which saved me $600 over my original Allstate policy. This was due to some new policies being offered by Allstate. Prior to working with Seth at Allstate, I had worked with other insurance agents for more than 50 years, and not once has anyone offered to help me proactively. Even when I initiated contact with other agents, they never offered any better services, policies, etc.… And in fact, would rarely even contact me back after I called them.
