I had been with the same home & auto insurance for 19 years and honestly never thought about changing because of the inconveniences. I can say it was the best decision I ever made regarding insurance. Olivia made the transition very easy, answered all my questions and made sure that my husband and I got the best deal with amazing coverage. We saved almost $2000 a year on home & auto insurance with the same or better benefits. I had worked in an insurance office in the past, so I have some insights on what to look for regarding coverage and service. Olivia definitely takes her job very seriously and goes above and beyond for each and every client she insures. I always tell all my friends and family to give her a call! Allstate is a wonderful company that has great rates, offers all kinds of ways to give back to thier customers as far as earning savings and rewards.
- KKKolyabooOct 6, 20231.0We canceled our policies with them due to their non competitive rates. Never filed a claim, so I can't speak to that aspect. After policy was canceled they sent a bill to mortgage company and got paid for a non existent policy so now they have to send a check. Worst of all, I called the mortgage company and them on a conference and David Clark was rude. Really rude. I was in the insurance biz for years and the cardinal rule is don't be mean to customers when they cancel. They may not be happy and come back. Not coming back now no matter what they offer.
