- BBBRET BASS3 days ago1.0Switched to Allstate for less than a third the cost of what I was paying here (saving me over $100 a month on my mortgage). They have delayed every step as long as possible on getting my money back. It has been exactly 6 weeks since I switched and I still haven't gotten a refund check with the proper name on it. (Yes my policy was 100% through this office. The policy was incorrectly put under my daughters name who is a minor by State Farm. Hence why I am still waiting on a check with the proper name on it so that it can be cashed!)
- KKkosmo kramer4 days ago5.0While I did not follow through with contracts for auto and homeowners insurance policies from State Farm, it was due primarily to my indecision. Samantha Knight was very nice on the phone and explained all of the coverages and costs to me during two long phone calls; however, due to my inability to grasp everything over the phone, I decided not to switch companies at this time. Sam did not try to pressure me and made several good suggestions on increased coverages I should have, but again, I was too timid to change companies at this time. I may revisit this later, and I will definitely include State Farm in the process again. My thanks to Samantha for spending so much time on the phone with me. She is definitely a huge asset to State Farm.
