- BMB McKinleyApr 1, 20265.0Everything has been amazing. The communication is great and even above what I have experienced with other agencies. For example, I was refinancing my mortgage and the new lender apparently sent an update the mortgage letter to the agency. They immediately called to verify it was legitimate the second they got it. (In case it was a possible ID theft issue, which is was not), but I absolutely appreciated it. The rates are far better than other agencies and, again, the communication is the best I have experienced. I would absolutely recommend this agency.
