- GLGretchen LindMar 25, 20262.0I’ve had Allstate for several years! Other than being super expensive I haven’t had a problem until now. They don’t communicate well within their network of different departments and instead of being personable they blow up your phone with multiple texts and emails from different departments all sending the EXACT SAME MESSAGE AND EMAILS! It’s not that hard to communicate well within their company’s different departments so my phone isn’t being blown up! Then they are trying to send my payout to an old lean holder that was paid off more than a year ago because they don’t believe me when I told them my car is paid off more than a year ago. I sent pictures of the front and back of my title to them in different departments to prove I have the title. SMH then they still don’t believe me until they receive the title before they release my payout. If they had told me a week ago where to send the title too they would have already received it. But like I said they don’t communicate well! I don’t recommend this agent at all! If the rest of allstates agents are the same way I don’t recommend Allstate at all! I’m so done with them!

Through bundling my car insurance and homeowners policies she cut my premium more than half!! I felt like she really listened and cared about saving me money. Thank you again Michelle!!! 😀
