  After a very, very minor fender-bender with one of Dave Clark’s insured drivers, I expected a professional and calm conversation. Instead, when he called to ask for my policy number, I tried to ask a couple of simple questions first to understand the situation before giving my information. He quickly became rude and dismissive, and then he outright lied by saying I was refusing to provide my policy number. In reality, I was just trying to clarify a few things first. Because his behavior escalated, I put my mom on a three-way call for support. Even with her on the line, he continued to talk over both of us and remained extremely short and disrespectful. Despite us trying to understand the situation, he still threatened to involve the police simply because I asked questions before handing over my information. That attitude was completely unnecessary, especially for such a small incident. To make matters worse, when I asked about filing a complaint, he told me he was the top authority and that no complaint could be filed against him. In reality, that was simply not true. As a business owner, it’s unacceptable to lie to someone about their ability to file a complaint. It just added to the dismissive and unprofessional attitude he showed throughout the conversation. In short, he lied about my refusal, was incredibly rude to both me and my mother, and made baseless threats. If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I strongly recommend avoiding this office.

  Brandy is Rude! I've been with this company for way too many years.... hunting for insurance is horrible, and the single fact that they kept going on and on about my roof age, but over the 12 years I was in my home, they refused to replace the roof, I paid all of it out my pocket. One year they replaced 7 shingles, like wow! Please don't start your home insurance with these people. They are not on your side at all!
