Not digital corporate!!May look into a different company. People want people NOT MACHINES!! Use to get the office directly, now you jump thru hoops!! Not happy!
- AJAndrew JonesDec 27, 20253.0I got into an accident last year and the process to file a claim was pretty easy. They paid out everything I was owed and didn't fight me on it, surprisingly. But of course they're an insurance company, so I'm not going to pretend that my one (1) positive experience is the typical experience for most people. When I attempted to file a claim when my house was broken into, they advised me to NOT do that because if I did so they would jack up my rates. They're a for profit business but I as someone who is not independently wealthy need them in the event my house burns down, I get into another car accident, etc. I'm only posting this because they sent me an email asking me to do so. They're just an insurance company and like all insurance companies, they are an amoral entity with no awareness that the customer is a human being. That's not me being mean or retaliatory or anything. I just don't know what an insurance company in 2025 excepts someone to write about them in a review. Their job is to make life harder and more expensive for the lower classes.
