  What great teams State Farm has in place throughout its organization. In particular Dawn who is at the local office of Mark Jonas located in Crown Point. Recently our son who lives in Indianapolis needed help in an emergency situation. State Farm teams immediately went to work to assist and lead the support that was needed. Across they teams of adjusters, claims and agents. They made a smooth and significant impact to provide top quality service. My wife and I thank them.

  They have gone above and beyond assisting me through policy clarification and changes from a recent car accident to buying a used car. Grateful that they even helped via text outside of work hours, which was a surprise since I expected to hear back during normal business hours.

  I just called to inquire how to switch offices and I spoke to Dawn. She is wonderful, I was in such an awful mood because of my last agent and Dawn was so helpful and just very nice. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I think I’m gonna be very happy here.

  I had insurance with another company and they were all races so I went to State farm here with the Jones insurance and got a better rate than the other company I had. I only had the minimum coverage and I needed more they said it would be more money so I went to State farm and they give me full coverage and a better rate the experience with the company I'm with now but State farm is great and personnel or understanding and thoughtful and gave me the insurance that I needed for the vehicle I purchased thank you for your cooperation and guidance I will stay with you guys. Thank you for all your hospitality in your church needs that I needed I would definitely recommend people come to you for insurance of any kind.
