Planning to move forward with the quote, and very much appreciated his professionalism and detailed explanations. To be very fair, I don't usually handle this bill - my spouse does. 😅 So I probably had some questions that I should know the answers to, but do not. I appreciated that Lennon answered them carefully in a way I could understand, and was in no way flustered by (probably silly) questions! Much appreciated, have a great holiday season Lennon!
