  They took out 4 payments for my ins!!!!!! Are they so stupid that they can’t take the extra payments off there? If it’s not straightened out Monday, I’m switching companies!!!!!!!

  Disappointed that you all would cancel my policy on April 25th. Still take a payment from me on 05/04/2022. Still have my insurance cancelled. I would not recommend to anyone in the area.

  I called about a claim; unfortunately Allstate was unable to help due to the policy I had. But the person who answered the call got involved by calling the garage at fault and the body shop. Allstate did not leave me feeling lost; but went above and beyond my policy limits. And for that I thank Allstate.
