Mr. Terry has been nothing short of amazing when it comes to quickly answering questions. We have added and removed quite a few vehicles in the last few years and it is so easy with this agency. Friendly, knowledgeable, even has given me info for other places when I have asked for help with things Allstate doesn't cover. Very pleasant to communicate with. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance through Allstate.

Why? If they didn't fix the problems first time; why keep trying?
