As a family-owned business that positions itself as treating customers like an extension of the family, I expected far better communication and basic courtesy. This complete lack of follow-through has left me feeling deeply let down and has significantly eroded my trust. It’s precisely because I value supporting local, family-run agencies that this experience is so frustrating and disheartening. This is the main reason I reluctantly gave only a 3 when rating my overall experience.

Not even a phone call to say they are still working on it. Moving my home owners and 4 vehicles to another carrier. If customer service is important to you, look elsewhere.
