- RWRyan WSep 6, 20241.0DO NOT USE! Incredibly deceptive and lacks follow up. We received a letter in the mail showing potential savings if we were to work with Jeff and Allstate. I reached out since the premium shown was half of what we were paying. Jeff was busy which is understandable and we scheduled a time for a call the following week. He blew off our call and had someone else on his team reach back out. Turns out that no only was the flyer they sent inaccurate, Allstate could not even insure our home to do the value. The other agent told me he was going to quote with other carriers and get back to me on Tuesday. We never heard back so I reached out again. I was told the quotes "came back high" so they just decided they were not even going to follow up and let us know. We have extensive insurance needs and are shocked that Jeff and team care so little to possibly win a large portfolio. We are also stunned at the complete lake of care he showed towards a potential client and the deceptive marketing. I would stay away and find someone who cares!
