  Very disappointed. We paid a full year premium in person at this agency and got a receipt. The funds were withdrawn from our account. A month later I was contacted by Daniel Smith informing me that Allstate canceled our policy for non payment. Even though our financial institution provided us with a copy of our cashed check showing that the funds had gone into the Allstate Daniel Smith account, Daniel Smith explained to us that Allstate never got the funds. Daniel Smith is telling us he is communicating with Allstate but is not getting anywhere. We tried to communicate with Allstate customer service several times but encounter indifferent hard to understand people. We are currently working with the Indiana insurance commission in an attempt to retrieve our funds.

  We have had allstate for 33 years and filed one claim for storm damage and you offered us a $100 after $500 deductible so it will cost me $22,000 Out of my pocket thank you so much. We are not able to reach a real person when we call. When the adjuster had called us, we can’t understand her one bit. She does not speak clear English. There are numerous houses all around us that have had their roofs replaced from that storm. We’ve found out the only houses that did not get fixed were people who had Allstate insurance. We’ve been told this by 4 different contractors. We did not cash your $100 check as we did not agree to settle on this amount.
