- TMTim MyersDec 20, 20251.0Very disappointed. We paid a full year premium in person at this agency and got a receipt. The funds were withdrawn from our account. A month later I was contacted by Daniel Smith informing me that Allstate canceled our policy for non payment. Even though our financial institution provided us with a copy of our cashed check showing that the funds had gone into the Allstate Daniel Smith account, Daniel Smith explained to us that Allstate never got the funds. Daniel Smith is telling us he is communicating with Allstate but is not getting anywhere. We tried to communicate with Allstate customer service several times but encounter indifferent hard to understand people. We are currently working with the Indiana insurance commission in an attempt to retrieve our funds.
