- CACathy Abraham5 days ago1.0Unbelievably bad customer service. And one of them in the office is grossly incompetent. Jeff doesn't respect his clients enough to make a phone call to them. I don't even trust my coverage is correct based on my interactions so far. Beyond disappointed.
- LLLore LoiaconoOct 20, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would. Do not get insurance from this agent! I set up a new auto and renters insurance back in September to start October 12th. I thought we were set but they never contacted me to make sure the payment information was submitted and my insurance that I currently had with another insurance company lapsed. I had NO auto insurance. They never sent me information or called me to let me know if I had missing information! I could not get a hold of this agent and had to scramble to get new insurance. Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I ended up getting insurance for much less than they quoted me!
