  I’ve been with this insurance company for several years. In the beginning, the service was great, but over the past two years my insurance rates increased to an unreasonable amount. My rates kept going up and never went down, and whenever I asked about it, there was always some kind of excuse. When I contacted them with questions regarding my vehicle being declared a total loss, the representatives seemed confused and didn’t understand what I was explaining. I was also charged monthly for a vehicle I no longer owned. However, if I ever missed a payment, they were quick to call me right away. When I decided to cancel my policy, Maribel Juarez refused to cancel it unless I provided proof that I was insured with another company—which made no sense to me. Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

  Such great customer service from Bernadette Winski (she has win in her name for a reason) such great energy immediately offered help and got me the answers I was looking for. Also Ashlie Pacius for getting me set up with the policy I was looking for and more. 10/10 all around definitely lived up to the slogan “THAT’S ALLSTATE STANDS. ARE YOU IN GOOD HANDS”

  I highly recommend Ryan at Allstate. I recently switched over from another insurance company and he handled all of the details seamlessly. I also, unfortunately, had to file a claim pretty early on and he not only answered any and all questions I had, but did so in a very timely manner. He definitely made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful.

  DONT BE FOOLED by the 5 stars like I was! Disrespectful, no sense of customer service and charging fees with no further solutions or accountability for their actions. And the woman smiling by the door? You won’t see her, even if she’s the agent she doesn’t “DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS” as stated by them.

  Bad customer service ! And also Cristine acts like a king or a president or someone VIP, who doesn’t talk to customers and all the customer service said when i called ! that she doesn’t handle customer service, which doesn’t make any sense if someone have a big problem or a claim or anything it’s his right to talk to the main agent of the office not just the employees over there but the problem she doesn’t talk to anyone ? Plus all of that customer service Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. And they are so rude !!!!!!! do not go over there cause if anything happened to you. You will not able to solve anything with this agent cause she’s busy with another things cause she doesn’t handle customer service so the office in her name but she doesn’t do anything for customers.
