- JFjudy floresApr 4, 20241.0UPDATE **adding to this as I still have not received a call from owner of this location. It’s been since April 5th that I tried to reach out to the owner Zeeshan. Maria that works in that office would not transfer me not worried she allow me to have his direct desk number. She told me to email him. Emailed twice, unsuccessful. I am to assume that my wanting clarification about what his employee Maria did or did not explain correctly, is not a concern of his. If you can, pick a different agency to represent you. One of the agents there doesn’t seem to understand what she is talking about. She leaves important information out regarding when you are changing your policy. She wouldn’t transfer me to the supervisor of the agency her comment was he’s just going to tell you the same thing I just told you. I had to send an email. I expressed the urgency for a call back in my email and it’s been about a day, so I’m guessing there’s urgency on his part.
