I am fightimg since Dec that you are charging me extra money but agent told me, he is trying to learn this milewise system , on my request to stop charging my card he said he is unable TO CANCLE MY CARD. I have to contact milewise dept. when I contact milewise dept Ms Serenia told me this amount is non refund able which has been charged, they did not provide equipment to me now they are blaming to eachother but they are unable to stop charging money then I request to cancle my policy even though Agent was not agree whjen I force him he said ok . SO GUYS BE CARE FUL THAT ALL STATE WITH OUT PROPER TRAINING TO AGENTS THEY ARE SELLING THIS PRODUCT AND THEY ARE CHARGING CREDIT CARD ILLEGALLY AND UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR MAY BE NOT READY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE .
