    Extremely unprofessional agent with terrible customer service. I called the office to cancel my policy and they told me only Kamal could do it. They gave me his personal number and I called him directly. He agreed to cancel the policy after I sent him my info. Days later, I was still charged. I followed up with the office again, and they said they’d leave him a note weeks passed by and nothing was done. Kamal never answered or called back. Poor communication, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I finally had to contact Allstate customer service directly to resolve it. Please don’t use him, he doesn’t care about his clients and clearly doesn’t take his responsibility seriously. Please choose a different agent.
