  There prices for insurance is out of control in the last 3 years my home insurance went up over 1000 dollars for home and no claims

  I personally had no issue with the office personnel but after nine years of loyalty and always paying my premium i had a claim and am being treated like a criminal and it has been more then four months and they just keep asking me for more documents would never ever recommend Allstate

  Allstate jacked up my rates to over a $100 dollars for no reason whatsoever I gotta utility trailer I pull behind my truck I asked if it was covered by my insurance Allstate told me as long as it's attached to your truck it's covered. Allstate roadside assistance left me stranded on the side of the road. Ball joint snapped shock broke passenger side of the truck fell on the tire it was not drivable Allstate roadside assistance you have to pay for you pay for it when you pay your insurance then if you need to use roadside assistance you have to pay for whatever service you requested if you need a tow it's out of pocket costs of you get a " receipt" they said they will reimburse you for it. I switched to State farm for auto insurance started out paying $36 dollars and some change my insurance with state farm has dropped down to $28 dollars and some change. The lady that works in the office knew my uncle my uncle isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. I'm not him and I'm not paying some jacked up insurance rate there's lots of other auto insurance companies if you do business with these people I suggest you get a rate quote from state farm the pic collage speaks for itself. My mom was with Allstate for 30 plus years not anymore she's not !!!
