  Giving them 1 star. Yes they saved me $$ on my home insurance but their process and after sales is absolutely appalling.

  We have drivewise on our acct for a discount... Well it's more hassle than it's worth... We are accident and ticket free, have been for years and years. We drive safe and don't get tickets. We don't talk on the phone while we are driving our vehicle, never have. When I signed up for drivewise.. guess it wasn't explained to me well enough, they left out that even when my husband is driving and we get a call, whether I answer it or not as a passenger, it still goes against him. I have made several attempts to fix this issue.. with NO success... When I called my agent, they referred me to the drivewise dept within Allstate.. and they have done nothing to fix this issue as of yet... MY SUGGESTION IS DON'T GET DRIVEWISE... REFUSE IT.. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON ALLSTATE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! GUESS YOU'RE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!!!!!!

  I rarely feel compelled to write reviews, Vescheslav Kim: Allstate Insurance company has redefined the meaning of "bare minimum" in customer service — and not in an admirable way. If your goal is to spend hours navigating an automated phone system only to reach someone who seems personally offended by your policy questions, then look no further. This is your paradise. Their communication style is something to behold: a puzzling combination of condescension and incompetence, delivered with a corporate smile. It's impressive, really — few companies can say they’ve made customers feel both ignored and overcharged simultaneously. If you're looking for coverage that inspires confidence, or representatives who know what they’re talking about without placing you on hold for half a lunch break, I suggest you steer your vehicle (and your business) in a different direction.
