- MDMARIA DUNNNov 11, 20251.0We have drivewise on our acct for a discount... Well it's more hassle than it's worth... We are accident and ticket free, have been for years and years. We drive safe and don't get tickets. We don't talk on the phone while we are driving our vehicle, never have. When I signed up for drivewise.. guess it wasn't explained to me well enough, they left out that even when my husband is driving and we get a call, whether I answer it or not as a passenger, it still goes against him. I have made several attempts to fix this issue.. with NO success... When I called my agent, they referred me to the drivewise dept within Allstate.. and they have done nothing to fix this issue as of yet... MY SUGGESTION IS DON'T GET DRIVEWISE... REFUSE IT.. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON ALLSTATE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! GUESS YOU'RE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!!!!!!
