  I have been a client for over four years. At first, customer service was great. The agent was very attentive and always answered my emails. Once we purchased our first home, we decided to bundle and that’s when things went south. Prices started to skyrocket and when I questioned it, I was told it was due to everyone else filing hail and storm damage claims. So I decided to get quotes elsewhere and that’s when I noticed we were being overcharged. We were paying for coverage on a $400K home with a full basement, two car garage and other amenities we don’t have. My husband reached out and spoke to Brian Murphy. The conversation didn’t get anywhere as he was very condescending. I am very disappointed and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  Good morning... WARNING: I have allstate right now but I wanted to share my experience with everyone on what to look for when getting insurance thru allstate. I recently looked at my insurace on all details of my home and I noticed that I got quoted that I have a 2 CAR GARAGE, a FINISHED BASEMENT, 2 FULL BATHS and some other things I DONT HAVE... I talked to a agent about how I was over insured we fixed the issue but when I mentioned about a possible REFUND NOTHING HAPPENED. I decided to take it up to BRIAN MURPHY about it he just keep saying but you kept renewing the insurance (He was very Aggressive)my response was yes because everytime my wife asked on why the price kept going up all they said is the economy when she asked if we can find a more economical bundle they said no thats all they had but they NEVER looked into what was insured IF they showed some effort all this would of been corrected. DON'T TRUST ALLSTATE!!! My policy went from $3200(4 yrs No claims always paid on time) Now is $1800 Anyone wants PROOF I have it ask me and I'll send it or posted here. If there is anything worse on losing money is getting SCAMMED!!!!

  I appreciate Mike Nolet great customer service. He spent an hour discussing all the options that are available for reducing my premiums. Mike was very patient and answered all of questions. In fact, the office closes at 6:00, and we talked until 6:30.

  Very poor customer service , they dint respond to messages or emails in a timely matter. I would stay away from this agent 👎👎👎👎👎
