  Tried to file a claim about my windshield. Renata sent me on a wild goose chase telling me I had to call Safelite and that she doesn’t know my deductible and how much I would owe. Well if she doesn’t know, how on earth would I know? I called the Allstate 1-800 number and they took care of it finally. They were even confused saying that they have to file the claim on their end, contrary to what Renata said…

  This Allstate office was assigned to me when Allstate closed the closest office to my home they never asked me what the best options for me or why they assigned this office for me that and one hour drive from my home.. second thing They never call me to let me know a bout policy changed or charged 50% more on my yearly home insurance I had NO any claim on my house from the 1st day of purchased the house but when I call the Allstate customer service even they can not explained or provide one reason why this happened.. this office never call to check or let me know what happened.. Do not use this office and Allstate insurance… for me I canceled my two car insurance and I am canceling my home insurance too. I am switching back to stat farm as they are the best in market. I learned that stat farm so much better than Allstate. I was 10 years with state farm but switched to Allstate as they give me better rate but the customer service and the parts they used for my car not genuine that the reason I ended up with a lot off issue later with the car the due they deal with company to fix the cars but not using the genuine parts but state farm they do use genuine parts and better service with customer. I am switching back to stat farm..
