Even when I have a general question she is right there ready to assist. I shopped around every few years for insurance before I found Jenny with Allstate. They review and make sure we have the right coverage for our needs. I would highly recommend them.

Recently had an ice dam last winter & ruined the inside ceiling of my house & rotted the wood & there is black mold covering my ceiling insulation under the shingles. Long story short I filed a claim, they sent a guy out who didn't even work for Allstate to take pictures. He forwarded them onto an adjuster. Got a call from the adjuster talking about the windows & gutters not being covered. I I had to explain to him what the claim was for, for him to say "unfortunately since there is no damage to the shingles that it will not be covered." The damage is under the shingles & the ceiling of my house cause of water getting under the shingles. I have reached out via phone, email, reviews and have not heard a peep back from anyone. If you look up insurance companies that do not cover what they say, Allstate is number one. Definitely do not recommend doing business with them.
