They had a problem with my auto pay but instead of notifying me and get the situation fixed they cancelled my insurance. After I figured it out I started calling and leaving messages and emailing them to get straight....I ended up going to the competition and insuring my home and 2 cars and 2 motorcycle... Still have never got a return call from these slackers
