  Thank you, Bryce Markum, and we really appreciate your speedy and excellent service! We were waiting for an insurance quote from other agents for several days, and it was getting to be very frustrating. After getting referred to this agency, Bryce was able to get us a quote and coverage within 30 minutes, the plus was that he was also very friendly and nice to work with.

  I switched from USAA to state farm. Im so glad I did. I saved over 100 dollars a month with the same amount of coverage. Samantha Collins and Jeff Burtis made switching easy and the the quality of customer service thus far is leagues ahead of USAA.

  I stopped in the Jeff Burtis - State Farm on War Memorial Dr. in Peoria Illinois today. And the minute I walked in Tristan greeted me and was so friendly and attentive. I told him I needed a new, Drive Safe and Save monitor, thingy, lol. He said, Yes mam I will get that for you. I asked him if he would put it in my car and set it up for me because I didn't know how. He said, Absolutely I'd be happy to, no problem. We went out to my car and he installed the newest State Farm app and got it all set up for me! He was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I can't begin to say enough good about Tristan! I was so pleased with the service he gave me today! He made my day! I was so happy he got it taken care of for me. I am not smart technologically, and he was great at it, and got it done very quickly. I definitely give Tristan, 5 Stars for his Great Customer Service. State Farm, is very lucky to have Tristan, I Highly Recommend him. Once again, I want to say, Thank you Tristan, and State Farm for the Wonderful Customer Service, you have with Tristan.   This office is always extremely helpful and attentive. They always go above and beyond! Andrea is a consummate professional. She is so patient, attentive and knowledgeable. She’s so polite, and very helpful. She takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and provide me with the best options for my situation. I can’t say enough great things about my experience!
