- MJMelvin JonesJan 5, 20263.0Once I was getting established with the new insurance agency, or new to me that is, it was easy to communicate with them. Now that it's been 8 or 9 months, I haven't heard a word from them. I understand they are busy, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The secretary and the agent himself are super nice people and very helpful once you can get ahold of them through that automated phone system. I am not a fan of it at all!
