The fact is I requested the quote online and Brian called me directly the first time. Didn't hear back from anyone until after I left the review. I won't be using Allstate no matter what especially after the lawsuit they have against them. Update: Got a call from Brian today and we spoke about the issue. We will get a quote when our policy is up and see what happens. Thank you for the call. Inquired about insuring 3 vehicles online, got a call from Brian. He said someone at his office would have the policy together when I got there. She had no clue how to insure one as storage and wanted me to pay full price and then they would adjust and give me a refund. I asked her to call when she figured out how to write the policy correctly and never heard back from them.
