    Misleading Sylvia Montes sold me an AllState Insurance policy for my home and two cars. I assumed roadside assistance would be included, but it wasn't and I had to pay about $150 and buy it separately. Sylvia was unhelpful. She did not even return my phone call or emails. Stay away from this agent.

    Deceptive quoting process. I received what seemed like a very affordable homeowners insurance quote in the mail from this agency. After filling out all the paperwork and providing detailed information, the actual quote came back nearly six times higher than the original. While I understand that estimates can shift, this wasn't a minor correction—it was a complete mismatch. The initial quote was based on totally inaccurate assumptions (like the home being brand new and all brick), but none of that was disclosed upfront. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch and wasted my time. Would not recommend based on this kind of misleading tactic.
