  Just called Angelo as a possible new client..my mom passed away and her car has been in storage for several years. She was unable to walk and was hoping she would one day drive again She was unable to drive her car. I need ins. For 1 day to transport it from storage to my home so I can sell it. Allstate will not insure her car for 1 day and angelo thought it was funny like I was stupid thinking that was possible...it used to be allowed but apparently not anymore..they want you to but a 6 month policy on car you are selling right away. I would never call this office for anything..neither would Erie insurance. You would think with the billions they make every year they could help us.

  I started my policy, then about three months later they put in change I got my cars covered never spoke about my house then they say they had my house in and they took it off so they took more money from me for something I didn't even do,,,

  My recent experience with Tom Hallberg and his agency lacks immensely. Because my friend was overwhelmed recently after a fire to her home, I was helping her dealing with Allstate home owners insurance , which held the policy and collected the overpriced premiums for over 40 years. It took agent Tom Hallberg almost 3 weeks to return calls, (he was on vacation). They will no longer deal with me. Allstate is refusing the policy Tom Hallberg the agent has washed his hands, doing nothing. . The good hands policy will slap you in the face.
